S is for the Setting Sun That Brings News - #A2Z2018

It was nearing 6.00 PM. The Golden rays of the setting sun were spreading through the evening sky. Still no news from Pramod. Finally, at 6.45 PM, when Mat was almost in tears with frustration, he got the much-awaited email from Pramod. It was very detailed. Mat realized what an organized machinery Pramod had at his disposal. Pramod's covering letter was short and crisp and said:

Hi Mathew,

I have found out everything regarding the case you had entrusted to me. I am enclosing a Pdf file with all the details for your perusal. I am also attaching several images. My strong advice to you is, do not try to handle this yourself. It is extremely dangerous. You will receive a bill for my services tomorrow.

Regards,
Pramod

Mat opened the Pdf file Pramod had attached and read through it. He looked at the images. So this was it. He had been correct in all his surmises. Suddenly he realized there was another life in danger. He decided he would not heed the advice given to him by Pramod. He had to handle this on his own. The time was 7.30 PM. Mat made sure his gun was loaded and put it into his right-hand side pocket.

He went to his garage and got into his car and started the ignition. He reached the mountain road and drove slowly and steadily. His mind was now crystal clear and his face was grim.
